1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial entertainment.

2. In-app purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases (for example removing ads, hint packs, and bonus level packs). Prices are shown in your local currency and may vary by region. Consumable items (such as hints) are granted on purchase and are generally non-refundable except as required by law or the store’s policies. Manage or request refunds through the App Store or Google Play.

3. Advertising

The free version of the app is supported by ads. Purchasing “Remove Ads” disables interstitial and banner ads.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to disrupt the app, and not to use it in any unlawful way.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
